Size rosin press for small scale

What guys do you think about 710snob plates? I'm looking for a 2x3 rectangle, a 3x3 square, or some small round plates.

Are there any other options I should consider? I know lowtemp plates have been brought up. Any others?

What do you all think of the 10 ton dake? Is it sufficient pressure with such small plates.

I don't have experience with 710snob, but for sure a 10 ton Dake with 3x3 plates would be excellent.
