Sizing my rooms, pot sizes, amount of plants?

Hello guys.
I will do a run down of my equipment and area I have to build in. My hopes is I can find the most successful set up for higher potential yeilds.

First off this will be my first indoor grow.

Lights, 1000w mh and hps x2 each
4bulb 2 foot t5 (for cloner)
Hoods, 6" sun system blockbuster a/c x2
Ballast, 1000w magnetic switchable sun system x2
Fans 400cfm exhaust fan x2
1 carbon filter
Timers, speed controllers, thermostat controllers for everything.

I think that covers items I have more or less.

I will be framing and building both rooms. (Btw I know 1000w is sorta overkill for veg but the lights, hoods and ballast I got for extremely cheap)

So for areas I have to build.
Has to be 6' tall cannot be taller. I need to be able to transport these into a garage eventually and most garages have 7' clearance.

For width I have 10' for both rooms. So split it could be 5' and 5' or larger flower room 6' smaller veg at 4'

For length I have a little more play from 5' to about 7' or 6'

So my question is do I keep these rooms equal and do two 5'x5'x6' rooms.
Or should I offset them for larger flower room like 6'x6'x6' veg room 4'x4'x6'

Second question is about pot size and number of plants.
I will be doing soil and want either 5 gal or 7 gal pots.

Probably 5 for a shorter veg period unless 7 is recommended.

Before recommended size know that I plan to do a ScrOG method of growing.

Now comes the third and final question how many plants? I don't want to do any more than 9.
So what a good number 4? 5? 6? 9?
From seasoned growers that have done similar sized rooms what worked for you.

That's all the questions I have for now. If anything is unclear I don't mind explaining.
Thank you for any information you want to share.

Stay high happy and healthy :)

Ps: if you only give an answer too one question it will be hard to determine if it's the best choice without the other two being accounted for as well.
If you can when responding touch all three bases since they will all effect each other with my final decision.

I would consider a 4 x 8 flower room, using 5 gallon buckets, 4 plants per light. Unless u r going perpetual you wont need all that veg space. Just enough for a couple moms and 8-10 clones. You could start off in flower room with the mh lights to veg them to size ya want. And when your ready to flower just swap em out for the hps lights.

Build one large room, then use super velcro and mylar to build a divider. That way, you can change the room sizes at will when your growing patterns change. This also allows you to easily run cables etc between the rooms if necessary.

With 4k watts u will want at least 100 plants in order to maximize yield. To go perpetual you need a veg area, but it doesn't need to be very large. 100 plants may seem like a lot but on a 9 or so week veg you will need a lot of plants to fill the space as the plants will still be quite small at only 8 or so weeks from clone. I used to have hundreds of plants in 16oz plastic cups in the bathroom of my grow house in a quite small space. Flowering space is what you need to worry about. Remember you will need space for not just the plants but a fresh water res, a mixing res, ac/dehum, wall fans and space to move around.
