Skunky Munkey Grow 1

Takes horrible low light pics compared to the old one. Doesnt record video in 1080P like the old one, doesnt have an hdmi out like the old one, the screen is smaller, blah de blah.

The camera I had before was wayyy better than this one they forced upon me.

Yeah I hear ya but I don't think it necessarily means you will get a better one or one comparable to the camera you had. Good luck though.

Pick up a Sony nex 5n mang, in the $700 range. A great camera in the cheaper range is the canon s95/100 in the $300 range and has a f/2.0 lens which isn't very common in a point and shoot that size. If you're looking for a good macro camera then the canon sx40 is a winner. Sorry I blurted a bit

I was looking at the Canon S95, that's my next camera. I need a small point and shoot so I don't have to carry my DSLR around.

I had the s95 until I had to sell it to pay some bills awhile back and have the Sony now. But the s95 takes some beautiful pics! It does amazing in low light as well. My only complaint was not having more zoom but it definitely isn't a deal breaker. It has the full manual modes and you can configure what the wheel on the back and ring around the lens adjust in the settings.

Cool, I will check it out.

The girls are really getting bushy. They are only 10 inches tall but are bushy like they were 2 feet tall so I don't think it will take long to fill a screen up. I plan on doing a U shaped SCRoG but if I can't get that to work well I will just do a flat SCRoG.

Looking good, due to possible space constrictions and likelyhood, I decided tomake a portable scrog, I went with a semi parabola shape , as to not lose the ability to have my light really close .. figuring that if the top of my " u" was 8" the bottom would be that many more inches away from the light

How do you keep the bottom part of the U down? I don't see any supports except on the sides.

That ended up being the genius of it, the screen I'm using is plastic so it's rather rigid, I'm hoping that she doesn't push the whole thing up, like an umbrella in the wind

I pretty much gave her a extra few rows and wrapped it around the side posts... I was aiming for the parabola to kinda mimic the light dispersal from the light

I think that she will eventually push the bottom up so I am trying to figure out how I want to build mine with full supports.

If it starts to push up I'll tie the screen down to my wheel base as an anchor I guess.. she just woke up
