Do you sleep? :) Your are a hard worker! Never would have thought to try some burgers like that, and of course now it is a must! Thanks for checking out my garden, I ought to make an update. I had a lesson in Blossom End Rot, but of course turned it into an opportunity and fixed the problem before all my 'mators rotted away.

So do you have a favorite yet from all of these strains you been making and trying out?

OpTik, I'm glad you got that mater issue resolved. My crookneck squash has been hammered by the heat and wilt. Ya know, I think the JTR is my favorite then I have a little papaya or dairy queen and change my mind. hahaha The dq is couchlock alright but the jtr gets me going...

Looks like I'm moving south Slab, you guys no how to live down there.
Hey NeL, I don't know man it can get awful miserable too. lol

There was your rain... Nice shot as well.
Thanks ILZ, a little running pig ain't as easy to hit as you'd think. ha, it sure was good though. I wrapped up the tenderloins in foil with fresh basil and garlic over the charcoal for about 30 minutes and it was fall apart tender good. So young it didn't have any wild taste. yummy! and I got my mild hurricane huh? just right...

Thank goodness because my water hole was already dropping and the ground was bone dry. I managed to get out another dozen DQ digging in that dry hard soil. Relocated the fence row gang and repotted everything else. Hopefully this next week will allow me to get more set out if the ground is moist. I've considered some 20 gal grow bags but with the watering issues in late summer they'd probably end up dead.

Hey everybody, how's it growin'? :leaf:

I had a little surprise when I went to set out some clones I had staged before the rain. They were gone, swept away by the rising creek.

So other than that I weathered the rain pretty well. I managed to set out another dozen assorted strains. Violator Kush, Dairy Queen, Jack The Ripper, Papaya, and CinJack. The digging was much better. The ground was moist and full of earthworms. I still got pretty spent due to the humidity and temps. Everything is looking pretty settled in but needs feeding. That's gonna be fun.

CinJack

more Papaya, watch out for that bull nettle...

I set another couple of dozen out in the sun today. :eyesmoke:

roll one up for me...:peace:

I never did find the pots from those 6 that got swept away. I hope they find a good home... :weed:

I am glad we are growing some of the same strains this year so I can see the different phenos. Your VK is purple but mine is green with no purple. Your JTR is an up high but mine will put you down but it did smell like lemons. My papaya is going good no preflowers but I started it outdoor too. CinJack im glad you, Earl, and TLD are growing some of my last years strains out so I can see how they do. The pics of the JS x HJ look a lot like the JS pheno. I really liked that plant and it had a smooth high which wasnt too strong or uppity. It was just right.

I will probably keep my JB males and the UltChem males to make some new seeds for next year. That was one hell of a flash flood you had there. Chances are that if the water came up that high, those plants and pots are distroyed.

Keep up the great work Slab. Everything looks great.

Hey GT, thanks bro. I appreciate the visit. I know you've been awful busy yourself. Those raised beds are going to rock & lock. You have so many strains it confuses me sometimes. lol :eyesmoke: what a problem.
I'll have to check out Earl and TLD's journals. Just not enough hours in the day. ha My CinJack (that I call her) is just exploding with growth. It cloned so easily and handled the light swings like a champ. The DoubleJack buds are about done it never did reveg. <note to self> :weed: Yeah bro, I can't wait to compare samples this year. Gonna be a lot of fun. bongsmilie hahaha

:leaf: I set out plants friday and saturday and got rained on both days. This is like the May & June we never had. Our first rains in about 10 weeks. So even though I lost 6 in the flooded creek, I set out another 10 Dairy Queen, 12 Jack The Ripper, 2 CinJack, 2 Papaya, and 2 Violator Kush. The digging is a lot easier after the rains but the humidity is jungle stifling thick. So much sweat won't evaporate and just runs off in soaking streams. Gotta love it!

Better go gonna grill some steaks :peace:

Happy Birthday USA

Looking solid slab! I know you lost a couple due to the flash flood, but do you ever lose plants cause you've got so damn many and don't remember where they all are?

One of your T5's is the exact same as mine. Hopefully my girls look as good vegging underneath it as yours. Keep up the good work!

Thanks CoLove. hahaha so far I haven't forgot any. I think:roll: It does get hard to go around and service them very frequently. I'll lose more to termites probably than anything else. But since I'm really not sure how many I have out I won't really know if I forget any of them. ha
If you're T5 vegges like mine you're constantly raising them up. lol I love them! Thanks for the kindly visit. I'll certainly drop by and burn one with you. :eyesmoke:

I was reading up today on trichomes and resin production. One site mentioned benefits from planting the stinging nettle alongside the cannabis plant. Apparently, for reasons beyond me, the stinging nettle "encourages" the cannabis plant to produce lots more resin, resulting in bigger buds.

resins do Sooo much for the plant, like the sweats and oils from our bodies do sooo much for us ;)...... late subscribing, but I can already see that you have put in tons of good work! I will look through your grow some more, and lurk and post some more :)

you've got a real annoying voice, when you talk about the plants sounds like ur about to jizz ur pants, calm dwn its only weed!
voice isn't annoying at all.... maybe just makes you want to jizz in your pants? :p

and Slabhead, your papaya is starting to reveg...... considering how far along in flower it was, it will be a time consuming process, but worth it for the final yield and quality ;)

I have to say I am impressed! that is by far one of the best southern Guerrilla grows I have seen! I really like the local flora there, minus the Bull nettle, we have it here too, spread out. I pick them when I see them ;). Maybe if you walk further along down the creek you can find the pots from the missing plants? if not, maybe they weren't just swept away? lol.... maybe you will see some funny looking plants growing out of the side of the creek! ;) ....... its certainly easily possible if the creek did sweep them away and separate them from their pots, that they are now getting re established somewhere along shore downstream :)

Your garden is off to a tremendously good start! Im loving it! keep it up man!

I love the aroma as much as the high.

Thanks TLD. It's a labor of love. Yeah, I was noticing some new growth on those Papaya moms. It has such sticky dense growth I'm undecided if I should thin out the old bud growth or let it ride and mature. I'm just loving the way clones get so bushy. ha
I'll have to look for those pots & plants one day. Just to satisfy my curiosity if nothing else. Ya know? That would be a shock to find them growing out of some sand bar. lol It could happen I guess. Thanks for the visit and kind words.

Well, today I set out 6 Violator Kush and 4 Jack The Ripper clones. I'm already down to my last half bag of peat and ran out of blood meal, bone meal, and perlite. I guess that means a supply run before I set out the rest. I've got about a dozen ready there on "misfit island" about knee high and I've got a couple dozen getting some sun exposure for the last couple of days. Then there are the last 13 still under the T5's about to be moved out. That will put me out of indoor growing until next year. Thank God! lol

It's time for ol' slabhead to self medicate....later bongsmilie
