Slightly worried/stumped? (Pics Included)

So it's been 2 weeks exactly since potted seed. The plant is 6" tall and it appears to be doing well other than perhaps the droopiness. I know i'm not overwatering it and I believe the temperature is perfect. I'm mainly concerned about the 4 1/2" potting cup it is in, that only has approx 2 1/2" of soil in it. If the plant becomes rootbound, which i think it is because of some roots escaping through the water run-off holes. Could this possibly be causing the droopage? If so, is it too late to transplant to a different sized pot? When is the latest that you can transplant? I just have a feeling that if i continue to grow in this pot, the plant will not survive. Comments welcome?

ps. Is this plant M or F? Too early to tell?

Too early to tell on the sex - droopiness is prolly not due to the size of the container but i'de suggest translanting asap. Its just a good practise to transplant once you see roots coming outa the drainage holes.

Def. not enough soil you planted to low to the base typically you want the pot almost full maybe half inch from top. There is not enough soil in there. I would transplant into a bigger bot with more soil try not to transplant it in the new pot all the way down if that makes sense. PM me if you need more help

one tip -- its easier to transplant BEFORE watering -- the dry soil helps keep everything together during the upgrade.

over watered. wait a few days until the pots dry out. when u feel like u wanna water pick up the pots and if they feel dense that means theres water in there if they feel airy then water.

oes N deficient mean.. nitrogen deficient or nutrient deficient? And could i possibly get either at a home depot. lowes, walmart, etc..?? If so.. what kind?

Does the N mean nutrient or nitrogen deficiency..? If either, can i get fertilizers or nutrients at a home depot, lowes, walmart nursery centers?? Or would i have to actually goto a plant store?

Hmm, weird, I usually water 1 day before and then transplant. I find if its dry and a piece breaks off it does tend to take some roots with it. not that it's too big a deal

N deficient is nitrogen, as in the element, first number of NPK/ nitrogen phosphorus and potassium ie 15 30 15
