She is still growing way to slow and the top colas are really under developed and I don’t know what to do I just want them to fatten up but I’m not sure it will happen

All you can do at this point is ride it out. Unless you can add more light which may or may not make a difference tho I think it would. Many strains will double bud size in the last 2 or 3 weeks so hope that yours does that. You seem to have decent nutes so making sure it's well fed without going too high is best. With lower light levels the plants can't process high levels of nutes and just store them in the leaves and buds which leads to toxic salts buildup which is just nasty nute burn and you don't want that.
You're still going to get some good smoke so enjoy that while planning how to improve your next grow.

The "sex" thing is reported but, sex is good period. Don't need a mind altering substance make it better! In fact, I find it better without....Rather focus on the work at hand. Makes her happier, and that equals more repeat performances..

How is that can filter working for you? I just bought a big 8in can to replace my old filter in a couple months.She should fatten up more. Hard to tell but it's healthy and other than seeming to be a little behind the curve it looks good.
If you had clones of her then you could grow them out with different lighting and tell for sure if it makes a real difference. You could try revegging her after you crop then grow her all over again and/or take some clones if she does switch back to veg. I always take cuttings from plants just in case one turns out to be really good then I can grow more. I had 12 different plants in my last grow and am still nursing 24 clones for the last 7 months. I took two from each plant and they all rooted. I'm keeping them under a home made LED bulb fixture I made with 11 - 9w LED bulbs with the tops popped off. Time to repot some and get them down in the main grow room flowering so I can spray some with STS and get some female pollen to make fem seeds with.

I found a great spot to download FREE POT BOOKS. I downloaded a grow bible first and got lots more. Books look great and complete like the real ones I have here. No web site but just a page of links. Just right click on what you want and then "Save Link As" to download so they don't open first as many are 50+ megs. They got lots. Enjoy.

Still sitting in the box all wrapped up in plastic. I live in the boonies so odor isn't that big a deal. Never should have bought it but if I start growing larger crops I may put it to use. Damn thing was almost $200. Recently got an 8" VivoSun inline fan but the 8-6" adaptor is too big because the outlet for the fan is only 7 5/8". I was blaming the adaptor until I measured things. Getting a shitty review at Amazon from me!
