well actually how is your air flow stagnant air can cause slow growth too. use a fan or add co2 to adjust

I have two fans that are always on and i just need to buy a timer plug for the extraction fan, but i am extremely positive it is my light, i have 1 125watt envirolite at the top, if i get a 250HPS light are u positive my plants will flower and i wont be in the same problem?

I have 4 cheap 40watt t-12 flouros on my plant and shes got visible buds and trichs shes only week 2 of 12/12

a 250 will do you fine so will adding more cfl's look if your in soil you have a wait ahead of you brotha just give it time it will swell up
