First grow here, definitely creeped around on these forums and did my home work for a long time before i put this grow together, but it's up and running now for a couple weeks and i wanted to share.
Tent -
I'm running a 4.5'x4.5'x8' grow tent with a 1000w switchable mag ballast and a MH bulb for veg. Got a 6" inline pulling cool air from one side of the tent through the light and blowing it out the other side through a vent in my building. I have another 6" inline pulling air out the top of the tent for exhaust and 3 passive intakes using the duct openings in the tent. Exhaust has a speed controller that i turn down when lights are out. All the intakes have air filters on them. Humidity is controlled via a controller and a vicks cool mist humidifier. I currently have a 3x3 flood tray holding all my pots with a dish at the bottom to catch all run off.
Dirt and stuff -
Using kellog patio plus, and aptus startboost and fasilitor in glacier RO water with PH adjusted to 6.6. Next feeding i will start using my grow nutes, floranova - grow. Using floranova bloom for flowering.
I've had a lot of problems with clones, which has really put a damper in the smooth start i had planned for, but i think i should be alright from here on out.
got 6 pre-98, 4 tahoe OG, and 4 original OG's. The original OG's were super sorry looking when i got them and i haven't even taken them out of the solo cups yet. Tahoe og's went in yesterday and they look pretty stretched, which i'm not thrilled about but i'm gonna put them through some brutal training. Here's some photos of the ladies, ill update this every week.
