Small Brown Spots

Noticed these spots on random leafs on a few different plants, which otherwise are doing very well.
Tried searching online and through the forums but couldn't find anything really similar.
I gather since it's only affecting 1-2 leafs on the plants that it's pests versus a deficiency, but closer inspection reveals nothing in this regard.
Any info is greatly appreciated.

Just found a post in the outdoor section with similar spotting which is indicating thrips, or perhaps leaf hoppers, in case anyone here is experiencing anything similar.
