Small bugs on stems/destroying lower buds

Ok so ive dealt with mites, thrips, and PM in the past. Never have i seen this kind of pest and have tried searching around for what it could be and cant find a thing. They almost look like a brown dust on the stems while they kill lower buds. They go from having trichs and healthy leaf growth to all trichs gone and the buds get dry and dead with leafs curling and getting crispy. When i put a scope on the stems i can see the little shits squirming around. So captain jacks dead bug spray is what ive been using to keep them suppressed. When i had the plants harvested that were infected i had thrown in new plants to flower just before the infected plants were done. Kept spraying the new plants and after a couple weeks of not seeing any sign of those bugs on the new plants i stopped spraying. Now im at the last week of flower and have noticed they are back and eating my lower buds. So im now spraying again daily so i dont get any on newest ladies i have put in. Anybody know wth these things are? First pic is of a good bud and the other 2 bud pics are the beginning stages of the buds destruction.

Well so far so good, been spraying heavily of captain jacks dead bug brew concentrate in a 1 gallon pump sprayer everyday since Feb 1st on the newest plants i put in. Ill keep spraying probably for another harvest to ensure all is completely dead. I also clean the tables walls and surrounding floors with bleach after harvest. Glad i haven't had to go the chemical miticide route!

And honestly they could've come from anywhere. I'm close to Denver so everybody grows these days. I visit the grow store once a month, dispensary occasionally, also have dogs (not in the grow) and live fairly close to fields that grow wheat and use miticides to keep pests at bay. So it literally can be anything i brought in from clothes, shoes, hair. I'm just glad I caught it early and dealt with it aggressively thanks to crab pot pointing me in the right direction of pest to further research.
