Small Grow Set Up Feedback

I know that everyone doesn't have success with their first grow but I'm doing horribly. I'm attempting to grow a few plants using a small wooden cabinet that's 36" in height, 31" in length and 21" in depth. I have two 10" reflector lights with two 23w CFL @ 5000k in each over the plants and two 18" fluorescent T8 bulbs mounted vertically in the back of the container centered (one on each side). The inside is covered in emergency blanket except for the ceiling and base and there's a mini desktop fan blowing across the plants. I'm just looking for suggestions to make this setup better to hopefully save my two remaining plants and have a better chance at a better grow if I decide to start over. I thank everyone in advance for their positive inputs.

pictures would help us to help you. IMO you should put in more CFLs. That amount of light is ok for seedlings, not much more. If your on a budget, go on amazon and pick up 105w cfl(s) and you should be fine. The 105s are cheap and put out 6900 lumens

I appreciate the feedback. Another factor would be trying to grow from bag-seed, but if i can't make it work with bag-seed trying to acquire and grow a premium seed may not turn out. Also being on a budget right now I don't want to go all out until i got it right. Here's what I'm working with...

build a SCROG screen to train your plant(s) down to for best light coverage and penetration like this

besides the space and lighting benefits, you'll also get bigger buds because ALL of your buds will be "top colas"
