Iowa has bs laws.50kg or less on cultivation is a fucking 5yr prison time. Its a feleony!!! For growing a harmlesd plant. Fuck the fucked up us govt

The arresting officer or detective would likely get a promotion for busting a high-tech grow op. Oh and you'd likely go to jail and then face sentencing guidelines that won't be in your favor.

Why I moved to Colorado, MJ is mostly excepted here in Denver an oz or under is nothing, it's been decriminalized and with a card you can have 2 oz's now

Iowa is getting friendlier.... Just passed the recommendation to reschedule from sched-1 to sched-2. Meaning it acknowledges the medicinal properties of mj. Opens the door, perhaps to become the 15th state for mmj?
