Anyway onto the problem.
I am growing 2 Big Devil Autoflowers outdoors on my deck - they're both around 4 weeks old. I am growing them both in 3 gallon pots. I am using Miracle Grow Organic (some nutrients in soil - .10-.05-.05 I believe). They are grown in the exact same way, BUT a little less than a week ago a small orange dot appeared on one of my fan leaves on only one of my plants. I thought nothing of it, but now a week or so later and there are more and more orange/rust coloured dots on my fan leaves, but only on one of my plants. Yesterday I gave them a dose of their first nutes + some epsom salt as I read this could be deficiency's.
What makes me skeptical is the fact that only one of my 2 plants has these dots. And I've grown the exact same way - so if it was a deficiency shouldn't it show in both plants? So I don't know - maybe its fungus. The only big difference is the pots as you can see - the pots are both meant for growing but the plant that isn't affected is in a pot with a much better drainage system - around a week and half ago I gave them a ton of water - maybe to much even. Cause they remained moist within 2 inches under dirt. I finally gave some more water yesterday after a week and a half but it was only 500 ML per just to give em some nutes + epsom salt. So what do you guys think it could be??
Here are some pics:

Also, this other thing which has slightly been bugging me has been going on since I planted them I think - but some of the leaves develop a sort of wavey leave thing - really mostly just the lower leaf has it. Heres a pic.
