Love the product, HATE the name.
I fill them with Sun Leaves Rocks in an ebb and flow setup and have had nothing but excellent results. I use the 3 gallon pots as they are the largest that will fit inside my setup.

air-pruning your roots makes a difference. you can make about 12 of them from a roll of breathable landscape fabric. same stuff
