Smashed Calyxes

What's good guys? I got my baby about two weeks into flower now and she's doin well except the other day a light toppled on her and damaged a few calyxes. A few of her pistils got fried as well. I was jw if this has ever happened to anybody else and if it will affect bud formation at all or will the buds just form over these smashed calyxes? Thanks.

i had the same issue with a heater that moved , burnt 1 of my bud formations and its pistils, i was 2 weeks in as well , they are now 22 days in, and have grown through the damage, i am sure that 1 formation will suffer as a result , but she will do her best to fix herself , sit back and watch , snip away any badly burned leaves or they will quickly get swallowed up and may rot from the inside ...........

Looks like a bad light burn.
But she can get over it, the damage is already done.

no it was heater burn , that wasnt a question, it was a thread title lol , i was helping the guy who started the thread as he had the same issue , cheerzzzz

I had a cola grow up into my lights once and fry the shit out of itself. It stunted its own growth for about a week, then shot off like a rocket. Not that i would expect this to be a typical result, but it turned out to be the biggest cola on the girl. I included a shot of what i called the 'Retard'. In the first shot, its the one on the left.
