smell at 2weeks?

My 2week old seedlings smell like a citrusy mint grass, like fairly strongly.. Is it normal or mean anything? This is my first grow and I have seven plants only 5 of which smell..

I wouldn't say it was normal for two weeks, but I can't say it means anything either...
It's the cool thing about bagseed I guess; you never really know what's going to sprout .
Nice if it means she's going to get stinkier as she grows on... (:

(Best look for a carbon filter then?)

I've had batches of seedlings that I needed a carbon filter for, even had some throw trichs...all sorts of good anomalies in the world of genetics...keep a solid eye on the ones that stink sometimes they turn out to be all stars in the terp department...i usually seperate the strong ones out and then make random wishes like "I hope this is a big fat stinky hollow stemmed male" :)

Haha yeah I was hopin for a manageable smell but if this continues in gonna have some skunks livin with me. What strength of filter do I need or would I be better using activated carbon in my vents? My grow was spur of the moment and the grow box is partialy open. Building a bigger one as we speak. The anomalies in these 7 plants from the same bud is awesome to watch, one is just plain freakin me out with the way its growing. I can't upload pics from my phone, wish I had someone I could send them to that would upload them for me lol

Gonna be a foot and a half wide 3' long and bout 4' high and ill have 3 plants in there with the goal of 4 oz and I've been practicing my let on the seedlings and keepin them all within an inch of a CFL they're all on they're second node and most are some form of bushy with two seemingly genetically flawless twins that I hope are both indica females
