14x14 room in a upstairs home, exhausting Into attic would be my best bet? Any opinions I’m open to all suggestions

Exhausting into an attic is very problematic if you don't have very good ventilation up there. The humidity drawn from the grow area can condense in the attic in the cold seasons, and cause severe mold problems.

You're best to vent directly outside.
Attic fan that you could control in a similar way to all the other fans in the room or vent to a tube that goes out the roof.

The smell will also soak into all your insulation and linger forever.

Remember any air you push out of your house will need to be replaced. Meaning you will be drawing outside air in. So on a 100 degree day, when you are pushing hot air out, you are also pulling hot air in. Best to keep the room sealed and run a couple 12,000 btu window units or a minisplit system, and co2.

Forgot to mention I’m running 8 1000w replacement leds with a 2 ton mini split and yes I’m pushing co2 in here, I have a 130 pint dehu in attic running into the room
