smell problems causing problems with neighbours

here we go
been growing for approx 3 years in my shed everything was good until neighbours have commented on the smell couple months ago i only grow 5 -6 but the strains absolutely stink had cheese big bang lemon haze and master kush
things were going realy well for ages until i heard someone say on the street they heard the neighbour talking saying im growing in my shed so i have had to stop because of it they are moving soon so should be ok again i was thinking of doing a small one in loft with some autoflower and extracting out the chimney i have airforce fan and rhino filter which is more than capable of clearing the smells but in the shed i still had smells leaking not sure why or were from
but im just wondering weather it will be better higher up in the air
this is only til they fuck off i know there moving pretty soon when they have gone i was gonna go back in shed and put the exaust fan in to drain do u think it will push the air down 6 ft and in to sewers without coming back up i was gonna build a planter and hide pipe in decking area straight in to man hole cover and put pipe down bottom but dont know if it will make it worse
what can i do to prevent these smells im trying to rack my brain this is the only solution i can think of i dont wanna stop growing i love it its my life im so inrested in the way they growcould sit in room for ages just watching smoking me riffa any suggestions please feel free to comment i need as much help as possible hanks widdow

gonna use 125 cfl and some side lighting and have mybe 10 growing up in loft someone said use ona gel to kill smell does it work

answered your own question brah, filter it. Activated Carbon Filter. if it's so bad and the filter you got isnt doing the trick, get an Ozone generator. I think its maybe $150 on Ebay, and I know, Ozone in HIGH AMOUNTS is bad for plants and people alike, but just research what concentrations are safe for you and your plants, and make sure the generator you get doesn't produce unsafe amounts. you should be good to go. and tell the neighbors I said GO FUCK YASELVES NARCS! or bring them a plate of cookies. then come back every day and ask "so how were the cookies? can I have the plate back? mind if I step inside for a bit?" and bring cookies every day until they die from hypertension

Make sure your shed is sealed up tight - use spray foam insulation to seal the the joints and corners. If its leaky, it's much harder to control the smell.
Make sure your vent fans are creating a negative pressure in your shed - the door should be sucked closed.

I've got my grow in the basement, and I vent into the houses plumbing vent stack. seems to work on my grow - but then again, it's much smaller with low-stink strains..

hi i just bough a rhino 5 " filter only been used 2 months or so im not sure if it was the noise that was coming from my shed with the exhaust blasting out or the smell i smoke constantly the moan about me smoking in the garden lol told him to fuck off once already cheecky bastard keeps poking over the fence seeing if im using that room i wreckon i need to vent it in the sewers it does look bit bait why would my shed be blasting out air continously so i figured if i can route pipe down sewers it would be better surely its completly messed up my plans was gonna go large in shed again but think il wait for him to fuck off bold headed prick i dont smoke in house as i have kids and wouldnt smoke around them so i go out back mind u we do smoke some strong shit but im not doing anything wrong i think they should hurry up and leagalize it that would piss them off lol
only problem with loft space is its limited on height havent got much room i say i should be around the 3 ft thats as high as i can grow them using cfl so no heat build up as the helicpters are always over think its there flight path but they have never caused me any concern have proper heat proof sheeting

thanks bro im going to do shed when they move completley start again repaint recover walls seal all holes up with that foam filler like u say. The only thing i can think that may of leaked the smell is the air coming in it was coming under shed door in to my room through a hole cut in door to let air in naturally without fan pulling it in mybe it was that

As long as your neighbor hasn't phoned the police, leave him alone. We had a major op in Fraser Lake, BC and the neighbor started giving the op operator a hard time. Everything was cool until the operator got drunk and told the guy off. Buddy was so scared he phoned the police. In the process of investigating the verbal assaults that the neighbor reported to the police, the police seen evidence on the property of the grow-op. This was a three story underground operation. The police came back with a warrant and found the hatch leading into the underground in the woodhouse. If there was not a lock on the trapdoor the police may not have noticed it. Anyway it's best to be buds with your neighbor, bring him nice presents etc.

my neighbour is a complete prick bro tryed to be nice look after his kids when they needed it sign for parcels all the things we do for our neighbours but these ones are jokes even the estate agent knew who rents his house so god knows who else knows thing is i dont tell a soul what im doing or what im up to its only them neighbours not other side they are cool treyed so hard to be nice but fed up with the bullshit i hear from them slagging me off i might drill in to his wall and smoke him out then he wont be able to do shit joke lol

You can help deal with the smell of outside grows by planting the right thing around your property, lilac is great for your spring harvest (from indoor vegged winter plants), and a patch of mint will dominate any smells around and the smell carries. I have neighbors down the street that told me that they open their windows to let in the smell of my mint patch. Jasmine, lavender, Honeysuckle, Nicotiana (flowering tobacco), Hyacinth are all options. My only word of caution is that the 'patch' plants like mint and jasmine will take over your whole yard if you let them.

thanks devero thats handy to know that will defanatley smell alot better than stinky cheese wofting through the air do u wreckon my plan will work if i vent into sewers my room is approx 4 x 4 and height is roughly 8 ft i usualy put 5 in or so i have a airforce small fan certainly kicks out some air i also have a 5 " rhino filter which i control by using a dimmer switch so i can adjust if i dont use the dimmer and vent in to sewers would my theory work im thinking there must of been a leak in the room im gonna re design properly and seal with foam filler everywhere and put some planting outside and around the garden make do the trick thanks

That should work, I am worried about the sewers, but that because ours back up when really bad storms come through.

lol man that's what happen to me im in an apartment i was growing 28 bubba kush and u could walk by the front door and smell love in the air. my fan and filther was new but only 180 cfm. far to small for a 4x4 tent . this time im going to use a 740 cfm with matching filther, the dude that live 3 doors down said he will not say anything it i throw a little his way. Damn what to do, so, i gave him an oz and told him to bug off damn dirt bag.

not good mate why cant people mind there own neighbour is moving this month hopefuly thats what i have heard anyway so its gonna be back on may do autoflower aks 48 in loft and when neighbours gone do shed to get them in quick im gonna do some esearch and redesign my room in shed move exhaust outlet in to sewers and seal lid just hope this works all im hoping mainly is the noise of the fan i can sort the smell out with ona gel and planting some lillac in the garden and mint and some other smelly plants to hide the scent of cheese o blue cheese and g13 and pineaple express cant wait hurry up and move
my last grow was smashing it big time all 5 plants were over 6 ft tall and some huge nuggets on them fed up with paying £20 for 1.3 of cheese makes me sick lol

crappy nosy people! what the hell do them shitheads gain from sticking their noses into other people's lives! so you're growing in the shed, what then?? why tell people about it? what do they gain from jeopardizing your safety? if it were me, i would find something illegal on them and just stick it in their face and tell them that i know to keep them silent, and believe me everyone has something illegal, be it drugs, tax evasion, troublesome kids etc...etc...wiser thing is to quit growing for some time and ensure safety, but i'm not that wise lol

I feel for ya man. After a long battle in controlling stink and lots of money, I came across this odor controller and made it better than the one I found here. All you need is a five gallon pail with a lid. A fan that will fit into the lid when you cut out a hole to accommodate it. Bottle of liquid ONA and a product called soil moist. Cut a hole in the lid of the pail so that the fan fits snugly into it. Pour in the package of soil moist into the pail. Mix up20 mil of ONA / liter of water, pour into pail. (fill pail half way) The crystals will expand 30 to 40 times their size and hold the water and ONA. put the lid with fan onto the pail. Plug in the fan and away you go. After 1 week check the soil moist and add more water and ONA as needed. ONA kills the odor bacteria and makes your room smell nice. I have been using mine for 2 years and works like a dream. zem have u heard the saying loose lips sink ships trust i dont let anyone know what im doing around my area i keepthings very hush the only people that know is me and my cuz and i trust him fully i think the neighbour heard the fans and timmers switching on and off and of course the smell but itlooks like malik has come up with something that looks good cant wait to test.
believe me i know some shit about him but im not like that i wouldnt ever grass anyone i believe in karma his day will come and it wont be that long hes moving sooooooon

If you have a water drain on the floor in your basement you can exhaust it there and be fine along with getting rid of the heat. The cops hate when you exhaust through the floor drain because you cant see much with an inferred camera!!! They wont be able to trace it that way unless they got a trained hamster to sniff out weed in the pipes! I wouldnt f around with sewage you can bring deadly gases in the house! I have a ozone generator, THEY WORK WONDERS they kill every smell in the house!! There fine as long as you dont smell ozone at the right setting for the room size.

Sucks man with the nosy dickheads, I'd move it into the house or shut her down for the time being. Hate to see you go to jail.
