every morning i wake up and the house has a suddel hint of weed in the air. My grow room is not air tight but as long as i keep air venting from the room out side..its not that bad, my wife disagrees. So my Q is, if i make a carbon filter and just filter the air inside of the room do u guys think it would reduce the smell at all. or would i just be wasteing my time? .. .. .. also some pics..let me know what u think..the table has been on 12/12 for 17days..the big one on the left i am hopeing will be done in a week or two, any guess on yeild, the big plant or the table?

just grab some ona blocks, or ask your wife if she wants you to go get some of those glade plugins. I will say that you are probably a bit desensitized to the smell. I cant smell my grow at all, but i know my friendsare always like "smells like weed in here!"
 
you can get them at hydro stores/online. They are odor absorbing gel blocks. pretty much odorless themselves. I actually use them in our kitchen as well (we suck at doing dishes on time).
 
any guess on yeild? i am hopeing for atleast 1 Oz per plant off the table 2-4oz off the big one...sound about right?
 
nice plants, dont build a carbon filter buy one. odor control is one of the highest security concerns there is. are you not running an exhaust right now?

He's absolutely right! Believe me my place was stinking like weed for a while before I got a carbon filter. I tried the glad plugins and they don't work very well. They just mask the smell of weed. I have a ona spray can dispenser and it works okay but not enough to disguise the smell of a flowering room. But when I got my 6" carbonaire filter you don't even smell weed when you're in the room unless you get really close. It's that effective in controlling odor. I have 11 flowering plants btw. You have quite a few as well so you may even want to get an 8".
 
Wow, only 17 days on the 12/12? Looks VERY nice, your going to have a lot of nice reef on your hands!

(sorry couldnt help with the smell question lol)
 
ya i am..the exaust runs out side...the smell kinda works its way thro the floor..its not an ait tight room
