Smells?

Definitely in the room......from there, it depends on how well sealed your room is, how stinky the strain is (genetics), how humid and/or warm the air is......and a million other factors....do you scrub the air, is it vented in a safe direction...and on and on.

If you want help on ways to defeat smell, check this link .....

If you supply more info on what you are trying to achieve or what you are up against, a more precise answer can be given.

EDIT: Simple answer......it can stink up your whole house with poor room design and if smelly enough your neighbors will smell it.

Thanks, no one ever comes in the room and the room is pretty solid. The door is heavy. Not a lot of room for air to get out. I live on a completely different floor from everyone else. The only people who even come to my floor are some old non relative people who probably dont know what it smells like. The only thing I have to worry about is my parents upstairs. If you wouldnt be able to smell it outside of the house then Im good. Dont know what kind just yet.

Never under estimate the elderly.

Even if they do I really don't think they'll do anything. I hope not anyways. I'll have to figure something out. I don't want my babies taken away from me.

You could design a scrubber setup in the room, as well as a filter on the exhaust vent and effectively remove all the smell.

Complete smell removal is possible if you design it right. That link has lots of advice in it, and good tutorials on how to do it cheaply.

I used to crop 180 plants every 2 months or so, and no one had a clue the room was there. I had guests over quite often and I was even so confident as to hold a few whopping parties at the house with out any one the wiser.

That being said, I do not recommend doing that.....lol. I spent a shit load of money on a killer carbon filter system with a whopping exhaust fan that kept the room on constant vacuum. Not a hint of smell ever came FROM that room, though inside it was nearly toxic with stink.

Yeah, I have to do everything the cheap way sadly. I live in Germany right now and I cant get a job. Dont have too much money.

As far as I can tell, the cheap methods of smell removal are still just as effective as pre-builts. As long as the basic principles are followed, and a little bit of thought put into them, they should work really well.

With simple parts from a hardware store you could eliminate nearly all the smell.
