This one kid I knew had no concept of etiquette in any part of his life. When he would come over to my house who would leave his garbage around, drink my beer without asking, etc. The day he texted me to invite himself over and smoke MY weed was the last straw. It wasn't that he was malicious or mean, he was just completely oblivious about manners. It's hard for me to imagine being so oblivious and rude.
