Whats happening space cowboys, I'm new to the site but need some advice. I'm what you can call apart of the health and safety department (a janitor) at this take out place in a shore town. Every night I lock up by myself/with my stoner coworker. Since this is a kitchen it's got some pretty heavy duty fans in there, so to get to my point if I just toke in the back and let the fans do there magic for a little bit do you think the smell will be out? And how long would it take? I know that we can just go outside but it's for the memories and we already do that.

It sounds stupid but this is a pretty laid back place. The owner comes in stoned all the time. I doubt that he'd like his employees smoking in the restaurant but my predecessors still come in the back while I'm closing and will take a dab

Come on, I didn't say someone told me to do it so I'm dropping everything and doing it. I only have smoked outside, and when I personally smoke, I can never smell it so I don't know what it would be like to smoke in an area with strong fans. The reason I posted on this forum to see what other people have experienced.

I've heard if you smoke in the walk in freezer it just hits the ground and you don't smell it. Or you could just step outside and smoke like a normal person.

I'm not sure if I should value all of your strong reactions or be angered by them, but here's the thing, my employment isn't really on the line at all. I'm actually one of the hardest working employees in the place. I know that sounds crazy, a flat out lie, and a little scary but we work hard but we like to have fun while we work. I'm a janitor for god's sake. I mop floors. I've smoked outside with the manger while on the clock.
