Snatch McGuilicuddy's Danktuary Dresser

Hello RIU Community! I must say this is my first time out of the gate and i'm looking for any information or feedback, critical or not, as long as it can point me in the right direction. That being said, this is my set-up:

2-6500K 45W
1-5500K 26W
On an 18-6 schedule; I'm using MG (yes I know this warrants major criticism, it fit my budget and I figured for my first time, might as well give it a shot), some MG Tomato Food diluted to 1/8 dosage. Nothing spectacular, just some good hard work and thought. Hit me up with any thoughts or comments!

plants look nice and healthy .. umm why did you tie the leaves like that ? any plans on venting or cooling?

It was a method I read about a long ass time ago. It's kind of like LST, just pulling the main nodes down a bit to encourage a lower growth, and more light to the new growth in the center of the plant. I dont have the individual leaves tied down, just their branches slightly pulled down. To be completely honest, i've got no clue as to whether or not this is a valuable way to 'LST'. Any comments on that would be appreciated as well.

I've got vents underneath and in the sides (unfortunately this allows for some light-leaking out which i'll have to deal with in another 2 weeks when i go to blooming) and i've got a fan system that circulates the air pretty well in there, just too bulky/jerry-rigged to have in the pictures hahaha.

ummm honestly it looks as if its tied to the leaf stems .. dont see any branches yet .. the branches will be from the little tuft of leaves where the branch attaches to the stem .. as for LST i use it on mine just to keep them managable for veging .. when yours get to that stage ( a couple or three weeks ) post a couple of pics and ask the guys how they would lst it .. just a thought ...... good you have a fan lol didnt see any vents and was wondering lol ..

HAHAHA yeah i found out the hard way--she has sliiiiight nute burn on some of her tips, nothing i'm freaking about though. And thanks for the heads up on my half-assed LST attempt hahahaha. I figured it was too early to be worrying about tying anything down, just wanted her to grow out instead of up, cause i've got such limited space.

I forgot to post up the pics I took of the 'incubator' I made the other day; kind of like a makeshift nursery for seedlings and sprouts--check it

They're about 3-4'' away, and unfortunately that's about as low as the lights go. I really sped through this project and I ran out of wire and screws :/ Call it poor planning or just bad luck, I'll call it being zooted as fuck!:eyesmoke:

Nothing really new to show-off for the past few days. Topped my eldest yesterday morning at the end of the light cycle, finally got rid of those stupid ties I had around the plant and tied the main stem back to get some light underneath. I'm going to wait and see if I used 'Uncle Ben's Topping Method' correctly before I top my younger sprout. I'm gonna try to put up some more pics here after I slam on this wonderous Bacon, Egg and Cheese McGriddle. :hump:
