its pretty intersting ive started to watch it , is it me or does that scene at the beggining looks totally fake ? is it all just acting or is this suppose to be real ?

I watched it and i'd say the beggining was just a setup for the documentary. It seems to be mostly real with some fake stuff thrown in.

I own this movie. Its a great flick, and no, its not a documentary. Its all acted out although it is based on the actors real life.

Just watched this movie on netflix the other night. Crazy movie. Sort of fake reality tv. It's Menace 2 Society meets Project X.

If anybody wants to see something similar but actually real, watch the Hood Life series of documentaries. They, along with Snow on tha Bluff outline the black plight in America very well.
