So I just came up with the best name for a cannabis business

Why do I have to be the one to grow up on a CR 420 and have visions of growing cannabis and started growing cannabis out of no where one day... And then visions of a business name. However I won't say what it is right now because it's literally going to be the best name in history for cannabis. Now what do I do with it? I already have a provisional patent in the process. What is my next steps?!? I don't have enough collateral to open a store however. So what do I do now? What would you guys do?

This is good! Your best bet is to spend that few dollars and to simply register your business name with the state and get your tax id number. This is the only true way to protect your name, and in reality

This may way for a VERY short period of time, however any type of copyright/trademark dispute can be VERY expensive in the courts and from personal experience any quality attorney would have his way with you in the process. I guess it's a matter of how serious you are in the matter. If it's something you seriously want to do then register your business, I would recommend looking into LLCs as this is the one of the best ways to separate you from the business in regards to financial obligations and such. Just my two cents on the subject.
