In 1967 I attended a summer session at Humboldt State, in Arcata.

To paraphrase Mark Twain, the wettest Winter I ever spent, was a Summer in Humboldt County.

I have friends around Humboldt Bay. I love that area.

ya but i guess it waters are plants jsut a bitch digging and hauling in soil in the rain like i have been doing lol but hey its gotta get done!

Yep, I lived there for a little over a decade. Don't worry the two weeks of summer will be there in Late Aug/ Early Sept. On a good note, I met a lot of really kind people up there and you get to learn how to dress like a duck.
