yeah that sounds about right... the groove will likely get messed up, but if you have a tool to remake the groove you'll be golden.
If the threads are not too screwed up & can be reworked, a thread file is what you'll need. Unfortunatly it will only work on the male threads, the female half will need to be chucked up in a lathe and chased. Considering machine time will probably hit the hour mark you might ask yourself "Self, why don't you buy a new grinder?".
It will be cheaper in the long run.

Mr.Stoned Pony and Fellow Enthusiasts -

i believe that the preferred Space Case happens to be titanium coated steel. most grinders are aluminum tho.. good reminder about aluminum n magnets. Mr. MacGyver, of days past, could take a universal fact like that and somehow rescue an entire crop from the brink of destruction. or, at least deliver the meds to the vaporizer -without fail- just in time.

3. Since they did jam its safe to assume its aluminum
