There are several genetic reasons why incest should be a no-no. Not sure you can lump it in with human rights. Perhaps if one or both of the parties are sterilized, but offspring from such a pairing is detrimental to the overall gene pool of the species. Ask several royal families what years of breeding with those who are too closely related can do.
Otherwise, it's their business who they bump-uglies or form a religious/legal union with...IMO.
