Yea looks like they raised limit till 2016, just seen on the news apparently # of registered patients has doubled in last month or so, or somthing like that, these new patients can't grow?
i don't think so either, but if they were smart they would, smartly. It's kinda like the wall coming down, too many to stop it now.

I thought the way it worked in other states was the state would let you know if your far enough from dispensary to grow your own, 25miles or whatever, but there are no dispensaries, I don't even think they have the applications for dispensaries figured out yet..I assume the people can grow, unless theyr counting the delivery services.. ass backwards

If you had your card before july 13th of this year, your "grandfathered" in. that is correct, the law is still 3/4 until april 1.

Its not a new law untll jan. 1 2014 fyi and july was the cutoff for new card holders to home grow. However theres an exception, if the despencery is 25 miles or more away or they do not have the strain you like you can still grow.
