Ok this was actually a strategy being discussed by the DEA back in the 80's, there idea was to introduce sub par thc'd male hemp pollin in mass quantities to the air, in an effort to create problems for marijuana grows and make marijuana less potent
i guess the new strategy would be to set up negative flow grow ops so that. Air would be blown out of the room and stray air that hasn't run through a carbon filter would stay out.
ths was about the same time they did studies to see how many different types of pollen they could obtain from air samples, only to find that the air was ALREADY saturated with large amounts of marijuana pollen.
meaning... A wily grower could counter act the DEA's efforts and release their own higher potency pollen
