So what do we do now with the "refugees"?

I have not but I can imagine. The problem with that analogy is that dogs do not form governments. As long as government exists, no man is truly free for he or she has to give up some freedoms for the collective good of society. I am okay with this as long as it creates a stable society and has the potential for prosperity for all. Your ideology will not provide a stable environment and would be chaotic.

If individuals are forcibly prevented from peacefully following their own path, then the aggregate of oppressed individuals may be stable in its uniformity, but it will be a uniformity of oppression, rather than freedom.

It would be nice to be able to truly "vet" them but, as mentioned above, how do you truly do that? That being said, maybe some sort of temporary holding camp or facility? But that's pretty pointless given how hard it is to find background info.

I will say that none should be let in until there is a solid plan in place. Jmo.

True, and good point. However, the uniformity, freedoms, and stable environment will out weigh the incidental oppression.

Maybe Tom Petty can help?

Somewhere, somehow somebody
Must have kicked you around some
Who knows, maybe you were kidnapped
Tied up, taken away and held for ransom
It don't really matter to me
Everybody's had to fight to be free
You see you don't have to live like a refugee (don't have to live like a refugee)
I said you don't have to live like a refugee (don't have to live like a refugee)
You don't have to live like a refugee (don't have to live like a refugee), ah , ah

When you said "freedoms" above, it would have been more apropo had you said "revokable privileges" in that context.

Systems that arise from coercion (nation states etc.) which is the REMOVAL of freedom, cannot also then be said to protect freedom without creating a contradiction.

I bet you got a grande job with your extensive knowledge of the English language. You are putting on quite the display here for us.
I do actually have a great job. Better then most. My spelling thru a phone shows not one bit of how smart I am except it only shows how much I truly don't care if my typing is correct or incorrect. My typing is not needed for my job so sorry again I dgaf

So you would you choose 100% freedom and the chaos that will come with it over a hamonious society with many freedoms and incidental "oppression"?

I bet you get a lot respect for being a dirty grease monkey, right. Your spelling through your phone just shows that you were destined for nothing more than changing oil.
Apparently your life sucks to correct Grammer errors. Do you just beat your tiny dick and look for errors inbred
Your reading comprehension and lack of proofreading your posts shows you were lucky to have even gotten a grease monkey job. Must have been pity from a friend of the family that got you that amazing career.

These cowards need to stand up to their oppressors! Funny how these religious lunatics can commit suicide bombings like cowards but they flee like the fooken cowards they are from their oppressor.
Perfect exemplification of cowardice.

Proof reading you nailed that on the head dumb dumb I don't proof read I type it and hit send. If its totally fucked I fix if not I don't care and sorry friend I own a shop and write/type invoices everyday. Nor do I change oil unless it's on a car I am working on... on that note my oil change guy make 15 an hour.
You're paying him WAY too much. The Ford shop my buddy manages pays their oil jockeys $9/hour with the benefit of training to become mechanics.

Start throwing him a cash spiff for selling BG/similar products and services and watch your margins soar, if you don't already. A few of the most successful fixed operations managers I had working for me would keep cash on hand and pay the techs and service writers their spiffs at the end of every shift. It was beer and cigarette money and quite the motivator.

I'm sorry We have to look at statistics, and problems, that's occurring in other Countries. and weigh it all in,
We have to realize there is a difference between a immigrant, and a refugee. one leaving a country and other running from one ..
We should be taking care of our people First ,, all this is really is a show boat for countries,, showing the world were civilized and a good nation etc.
Ask your self in newer communities now being build ( Higher class New Homes ) there being built like a fort with a 8 - 10 foot stone or wooden fence surrounding it one entrance etc for security reasons .. were already scared of our selfs lol..

But back to this thread we should only be taking people like scientists , doctors people with a higher education..
sure others bring them across on onto buses and gas em, we all are in economy that cannot support them .. So lets not play fucking games really
We need to get our unemployed homeless and starving citizens care first ,, Not bring in future ISIS and people that will rebel on our society and most importantly be a burden
So like the aliens say
DIE DIE DIE

My opinion is that the global community should provide them with water and shelter on their land. Like the refugee camps.

France decided to retaliate against ISIS. We can retaliate without sending entire troops. Special ops and surveillance.

“I hear folks say that maybe we should just admit the Christians but not the Muslims,” - Obama

What a fucking liar. People are saying we shouldn't let ANY of them in, they're not saying just Christians. His staff probably found some obscure Christian blogger that wrote that and now he tries to pass that off as the actual opposing position.

That's the news nowadays and politician talking points. Always pulling obscure references that don't represent the whole of society.

Yea he sells lots.of things. Like services such as trans filters, coolant, timing belts vcgs etc. He sells like I said 15-20 hrs weekly and turns roughly 20 hrs a week. Only because I give the other 2 techs (main guys) the bigger work he does the littler work. I do random put him on bigger style jobs like timing belts such but not often as he gets nervous
