Sodium 70w ballast

Firstly Hello from a newbie..
Right if anyone has the time to figure this one out I have a security light which is equipped with a 70w ballast and what I think is a cap as the bulb it has is a built in igniter type
unfortunatley its not wired up so whether it is supposed to have one of these types of bulb i don't know, Would this work for a system designed for a seperate igniter? oh yeah forgot to mention the case of the light fixture has a sticker it is a crompton galaxy ga70 spec and states ignitor required...NO so perhaps what i think is a cap is a ignitor and the fixture had the wrong bulb in.
I have tried following various diagrams with no avail as they all cater for seperate igniter systems..
does anyone know of a source of a diagram for this setup..
Just to make clear what i have and wish to achieve...

hevlar ballast 70w (4 connections grouped in pairs one side saying 2/250 the other 0.75-1.5

what I think is a capacitor it has 4 connections grouped in pairs one side saying 0-5 1.5

last of all a seperate reflector sodium bulb 70w with a built in igniter and all wiring to complete a remote ballast setup.

so if anyone knows please? :-P

Pics might help, but I'm pretty sure that you will need an ignition, I don't know of any 70w hps that have them built in, unlike MV.
