SOG / avereage weight per plant

I did a small SOG and about to harvest AK and Diesel...and was wondering what the average yield one would get.

That depends on:

  • how long you veg them for
  • how much light you give them
  • how many plants
  • hydro or soil
  • lots of other factors
and even then, nobody will be able to tell you.
Post a photo and you may get some decent guesses.

So you did a "small" sog set up and in your last post you think it'll be 2-3 zips. Doubt it. I have a perpetual sog set up running w/ a 600 watter and i get between 1-2 oz depending on strain and its usually around an ounce. Really doubt the heavy weight your expecting. How bout some pics there grasshopper:bigjoint:

cool...I am running 2 1000 on a 4'x8' drip system with 36 plants w/ co2..... I veg. until around 5" to 6" high, switched to 12/12. Sprayed them with Sensei spray (plant hormones to increase # of flowers} Use Pure Blend Pro, Liquid Karma, and Sweet. Ill try and get pictures tommorrow.

A six inch plant will yield an oz at best with a 1000HPS. With a good stretch they'll be about a foot high and Ive never seen a 12 inch plant get anything over an oz. Any one know how much g/watt that would be? Meaning 2-3 oz on a 6" plant with 1000HPS.

28 g in a oz, 3 oz x 28 = 84g

84g / 1000 = 0.084gpw

i'm deadly serious bro, just maybe you have a hard time reading

Now just think if you could get one of those little clones to grow 1g/watt!! Now figure how much 1 gram/watt is under 1000hps will give you and get back to me.:-D

the answer to that question is as i said,

i never said it was realistic, i never said thats what i achieved, i just answered your fucking question which you struggle to read yourself,

if you are not specific enough in what you write to get the answer you were looking for then that is down to you

all i did was answer your question, realisticly a cutting that gets to 6" total height probably will achieve around half ounce with some better stronger cuttings maybe getting closer to an ounce.

but that is not what i was talking about i was just answering your question, which you failed to understand, which was followed by my question about your reading ability

2.2lbs is not the same as 2lbs 2oz. 16+16+2= 34oz. 1000 grams = 35.27oz That's a street loss of over $350. BONG! bongsmilie

wow ive been looking for a thread where i could argue with people over basic math. could you guys tell me the advantage of sog method vs filling up your whole bloom space at once and growing it all out at the same time? also my friend thinks there are 40 possible combinations with two six sided dice but i say 36.

well i think you guys are both wrong unless you count the order, if order does matter then you would double 21 then minus 6 so it would be 36 =)

order does matter because you have two dice. the way i remember is because a field bet in craps is a 16 to 20 underdog. or 4 to 5 .

but really,, why do sog do es the total yield per year get higher?
