check that one out... looks like he matured a bunch of small plants and just got one cola per plant.

I would say sog. Your yield could be similar weight with lst but with sog you will end up with more BIG buds.

But you will probably find someone who disagrees

if your going for a quick grow lst would be better, when people lst it's rare that they do it with clones..... sog is a clone system, where you take clones from a mother and throw them directly into flower to keep them down to the one cola bud.....

sog is ment for quick rotating harvests.
lsting is for optimizing space and light.
