SOG Sea of Green in a Big Room with lots of plants

Thanks for the advice. However, I have 4 sets of T5 lights for the clones/mothers. All 6 HPS lights will go into the flowering area. More or less I am looking for advice on how many plants can grow well under this many lights and in what size bags. I was thinking of 2-3 gallon grow bags and craming them in there true SOG style...maybe 100 plants under the 6 lights...Not sure if I should clone straight to flowering, veg to 6 inches then flower, or veg to 1 foot then flower??? I know I saw a guy with 20 plants under 1 400HPS light yield almost 10 ounces and there was plenty of room to spare...no crowding at all. He went from clones straight to flowering...no veg period.

Thoughts ANYONE?
done it many many times my mate!!!!! in my opp if you want smoke 24-7 of a very good quality and dont mind growing 365 days a year its defo the way to go last one i done was blueberry they came from the eezie clone to the same set up thats in my journel straight onto a 12/12, no shit mate i dont lie or go fishing lol so im being straight with you,7 weeks and 4 days later all were done 10 out of 10 smoke all buds were as hard as a pool ball BUT off 40 plants i only got 34 ounces! just to add they where well rooted in the eeze before the rockwool transfer

22 6" cubes, pots w/e fit in a 2x4 ebb and flood tray.. the active aqua hydrofarm "true dimention" tables fit closer to 30. :two cents:

Hey guys, sorry for the delayed update...every time I go to work on the room I forget the camera.

Anyway, been reading the comments and pretty much I will have as many plants as I can fit...whether that number ends up below 99 or above it all depends on what fits for me.

As for the update, well I have the room wired (three new 20amp breakers wired in JUST for this room), I have all the lights hung, the cooling fans for the hoods hung, mylar is up, all the insulation is up, all the seams and gaps are taped...the ceiling was a COMPLETE pain in the ass because I decided to do a drop ceiling. The room itself is literally free standing. Inside height ended up a bit lower than I really wanted at just about 6' 6" but will be fine. The nice part is with both of the 750 cfm fans on the noise is completely contained to the basement and vibrations are non existent.

So far with the limited testing I have done temps are at about 77 degrees and humidity at 30%...the intake and exhaust fan will still need to be installed and the humidity and temps will hopefully be adjusted with the fans and fan controllers.

On to the pics.

Reverse Osmosis needs to be installed still

Ozone Generator still needs to be installed with the exhaust fan

Oscillating Fans still need to be mounted and Hepa Filter for intake (some nutes for testing here too)

Also a bunch of dry nutes, super tea, budswel dry, and cloning stuff

These are just a couple shots of the ballasts mounted in the space outside the room

Here are a few pics of the room during installation of the lights and cooling fans..(Things still need fine tuning but you get the idea)

And all wired and lights and fans on

Well, that's it for now...hope to have it all wrapped up tomorrow minus the tables. Basically the "to do" list consists of

RO hook up
Intake and exhaust hook up
install oscillating fans
build tables
Finish mother room
Monitor temps and humidity

First set of clones will be here tomorrow or Wed so I have to get a move on it...those clones as stated earlier are white widow and will just be enough for me to make into mothers. More pics as progression continues.

Comments always welcome!

P.S. Snitches get stitches!!!

your gonna HATE those chains... i know from experience. its such a pain in the ass to raise and lower your lights and when you first put your plants out to flower you WILL be moving them a lot and you gonna hate it.

but man that room looks fuckin sweet. i love it

how much have you spent on the room so far? including seed and what not
