Soil advice (I have everything on hand) mix ratios?

-I have a mostly neutral soil intended for seeding (jiffy) I would like to use it because I got it on sale.
-I have composted manure.
-blood meal.
-lots of perlite.
-1 gal pots (to use b4 transplant)
-dry organic bloom fertilizer (vigoro organic bloom booster).
-mulch

My plants are healthy n ready for the 1 gal

I use manure composts, potting soil and peat moss in about equal amounts. Blood meal is fast acting, so don't add more than a cup or so when doing your soil mix. You can top dress with it as the season goes. You will also need a little lime and Epson salts. I also add a lot of coffee grounds, so I use a little more lime than normal.
