Soil advice (I have everything on hand) mix ratios?

  1. -I have a mostly neutral soil intended for seeding (jiffy) I would like to use it because I got it on sale.
    -I have composted manure.
    -blood meal.
    -lots of perlite.
    -1 gal pots (to use b4 transplant)
    -dry organic bloom fertilizer (vigoro organic bloom booster).
    -mulch

    My plants are healthy n ready for the 1 gal.
