Soil and Coco Coir mix question.

Hello,

Doing some Autos, I want to use coco coir because they really help with root, but also want benefits of Fox Farm Happy Frog Soil.

Does anyone have a good mix and feeding schedule with nutrients for a 50/50 coco/soil mix or something similar.

I'm really excited to hear from y'all, one love!\

Thank you,

Soil and coco have different pH requirements for efficient nutrient uptake.
If you want to add a soilless medium to your soil........use peat moss.

I have a huge brick of coco coir I want to use, but I don't wanna bother washing it... I think I will just go with Coco Loco or some Happy Frog stuff then feed after a month.. Any recommendations on nutes for auto flower, and is white shark really worth it for root growth? The Coco Loco soil is pretty fuckin loaded already.

to many issues dude- end up chasing your tail all the time do one or the other - no stress keep it simple -
Autos= 100 % Coco Coir 3 Gal Fabric , 250-300 ppm for seedlings (shot glass each day) until 10 days- feed every day at approx 500-600 ppm , 5.8-6.2 PH easy works idiot proof :eyesmoke:
Autos will grow big and produce if you train and look after them keeping things simple . to many over complicate things ....

Wait. Whats the matter with a peat based soil also amended with coco?
My favorite medium nowadays for my larger containers is Kingsmix. A light soil coco and peat blend.
I like it because it doesn’t get as crusty like just peat based soils and dirts do when they dry out. Nutes/water flows right through.
The OP was talking feeding nutes. I ph my nutes to 6.2ish Works great.

I wonder if anybody here has any experience with Mother Earth Coco Peat soil. It uses a peat moss/coco mix as a base. Someone out there may have a grow that's dialed in. I've always been curious about it.

Wouldn’t be easier for me lol.
I bring in a pallet about once a month. I use the forks on my tractor to take off my trailer and put into the shop right next to where I transplant :P
I can't get a garden tractor/ lawn mower in my back yard. And I'm poor in that fake paper stuff.

I lied. I have to peel off 8 of the 3 cubic foot bags because the whole pallet is a little too heavy for my tractor :-( would love to have a forklift out here.

Still easier then mixing up a bunch of stuff. I don’t got time for that kind of thing anymore.
