soil bug please HELP

color- white/orange
body- oval
legs-4
antennas- 2
no wings
very small. size of pin head
only in soil
plants spotted and yellowing of leaves. fan leaves falling off. started off looking like a mag def.
they look like predator mites to my identification. but if they are why do my plants look so sick. when i water they all come to the top of the pots. if they are predator mites what are they eating cause i dont see anything else.

i have used
ava max dunk
bayer natria spray
sns 203 dunk
nicotine in the water
and just used merit 75 2 days ago

the bugs are still strong.

thought it was a root aphid but i dont know anymore.
 
Do they mostly leave the foliage alone and stay in or on top of the soil? The ones I have are exactly as you described except they only seem to be feeding on the roots and soil, but it's enough to stunt seedling growth and keep germinated seeds from even sprouting. My leaves are also turning yellow on my older seedlings, worried that this is only going to get worse. Have been using No-Pest Strips every other day for 24 hours in my veg/clone room and have also tried a soap/water mix, but neither seem to help my babies.
