Soil Grow = MASSIVE FAIL !!

There's a third thing that causes the leaves to reach. Light! They reach up for the light. I would guess the waters Ph is off, its too hot and your light should be closer. Fix in that order and you'll be surprised at how fast she recovers.
I had my lights 1ft off the tops of the plants only problem is the heat generated, hence why i raised them a little more to stop the light from burning my plants.

plants, not just cannabis grow roots first then grow top growth. i think you should have grown out your crop before moving them inti a different medium. you dont need ff. you can make ur own mix if u know the basics of soil biology. u need moist, fertile, well drained soil. thats it. if u want a good soil recipe look at subcool's mix and substitute what u cant find. just reading why he uses what he does gives u a better understanding of soil biology. try it:)
I have transplanted 1 plant into the coco medium, the rest are still in the organic soil medium. They have grown a couple of inchs in a few weeks, but overall its very slow. I will look into the recipe and see whats available to me, im not completely throwing the soil idea out the window its just I wanna get things rolling, and that aint happening.

"The best stuff I could find is what im using and its rat shit">>>

>>>Literally rat shit?...never heard of using this as a nute. In your first posting there is a photo of your old medium, was this soil from outside somewhere and then amended?. Or is the "organic soil" store bought?.
lol not literally rat shit but its performing as if it was. Yeah those pics are the medium they are still in, Ive only transplanted 1 plant into the coco, and that plant isnt shown in the pic I posted.
The soil was bought from a garden store, it was the best stuff they had that was organic. Am-Grow Organix All in One Plant Food, mixed with 25% vermiculite, 15%perlite and 10% coir peat mulch.

Yeah your temperature is too high. 30C is 85 degrees F! That is the point where growth slows.

44C is 111 degrees farenheit. Almost no growth at that temp.
Like I mentioned earlier, im struggling to keep the temps down. Ive been able to bring them down to around 30-34c at the moment and hopefully if the weather stays as it is it should be fine.
But if more hot ass days come through Ill be struggling again to keep temps down, might invest in a 2nd protable air con for the tent room. I had a portable AC in the room to keep temps down but it shat it self, maybe it overheated lol.

Why are you ignoring the heat prob? You haven't responded to people about the heat.

Get an AC running. gawd
Yeah i just posted about it lol, I had an AC in there before I went on holidays. Just before I left it shat it self, didnt have time to get another before leaving and over the time period of 4 days we had 43-48c weather.
I run my house air con now and its bringing temps down to 30-34c~, although I could not have left my air con running for 4 days straight without being home, missus would have killed me

Sorry about the multiple quoted replies, couldnt figure out how to put it all into 1 post.

If any admins are about and have read this through, if you guys dont mind just fixing up the multiple posts for me and putting them into 1 would be great.
Saves reading through pages.

Cheers for everything so far guys, didnt expect this many people to be interested in my failing grow lol.

Also Ill update with pics this afternoon. The plants look alot better today except for 1, all the leaves are still facing up etc etc. The other 2 arent doing this and look nice and green but yeah I dont know ill post up pics and hopefully someone here will know an answer or something

As mentioned, it's definitely the heat...I'm surprised they made it this far.

I recently watched a grow guide from a farmer down there. This guy was successfully cloning right into native soil he had amended, with no hormone gel on cuttings either. He was breeding outdoors as well, selling beans for 2 bucks each.

Cheers!

Can you at least put down those freezer Ice packs near an intake fan or behind on of the circulation fans? This may drop temps around the plant enough to continue the grow cycle. But as long as heat is up, growth will be down. This is something that obviously happens in nature, so it should not kill your plants (minus heat wave + drought). Were they from seed? or did they come off of a flowering clone.

Ive got a few ice bricks in the freezer which Ill give a go this afternoon. Yeah all plants here came from seed, couldnt get my hands on any clones.
Yeah I figured its mostly heat and possible some nute burn, so im really working on trying to work out ways to lower heat. Like i mentioned earlier I have managed to get it down to 30-34c which is alot less than the 40c+ i was getting before.
