I know there's at on of info on different soil and soil-less mix recipes... I just wanted some personal opinions from the experts out there..... I'm looking for a good mix that I can use throughout my grow so I can mix a large tub of it and use it whenever needed from one place.

Below are the ingredients I have - can I use a combination of these to create a good grow medium? If so, please reply with some amounts of each for a complete recipe. Feel free to suggest any different ingredients as well.... oh, and i'm in Canada, so I don't have access to any FF products here at all...

Ideas? TIA!!

- Pro-Mix HP
- Vermiculite
- Perlite

I have had zero luck with soiless mediums. I quit trying. If that helps you out one way or the other I don't know.

Instead of all that... try organic!

Personally, I don't think anything beats organically grown bud.

Why use processed chemicals and artificial mediums when you can use mother nature?

Ive done a grow in 100% perlite and it was absolutely fanfuckingtastic! I've also done coco coir mixed with perlite and its great too but you need special coco nutes.

The perlite was absolutely the easiest and very rewarding :hump:

I'll stick with organic soil, I've had great success with it, perlite I couldn't get things going.

best to go with a soil with no fertz.

I use Organic Pro Mix, works wonders for me. Last year I grew a 24 foot indica plant that yielded 38 pounds off of it. Flowered all that in 6 weeks and I only added rain water no fertilizer was needed.
