Soil mites?

My first legal grows going well but I’m seeing small white bugs in the soil resembling a mite. They are not fungus gnat larvae. They are just small white mites that must of been in the happy frog when I bought it. I forgot to cook my soil cause it’s been a few years. Should I be concerned? A picture is almost impossible to get I got a video that shows a few of em running around but I cannot get a picture. Best way to describe them is small white/gray mites. Anyway to keep population in check. Plants are fine

Others will chime in but just had discussions about this and was told white mites are beneficial ones the black brown ones should take care of. The white ones are from good soil or whatever is in it.

They look like these in blue? This is a pic from my composting system, along with earthworms it 'recycles' living matter, helping to balance the soil.
My ones are Oribatidas, "The Oribatida are of economic importance as hosts of various tapeworm species, and by increasing the breakdown of organic material in the soil, in a similar manner to earthworms."
