Soil question

Has anyone ever used or heard of a soil called vermifire? Also has anyone ever used a soil called empire builder? How are these soils? Are they good soils to make super soil with? Are they good base soils?are they ok for seedlings/clones?

• Soluble Potash (K2O) 0.6%
• Calcium (Ca) 1%
• Derived from: Earthworm castings, Alfalfa meal, Blood meal, Feather meal, Bone meal, Humus, Kelp meal, Sulfate of potash and greensand

Its a little hot but lots of bonus's inside that soily goodness ! Never used it.
