soil says naturally weed free? ok to use?

this bag of soil i got says that it is naturally weed free, is this ok to use for my ruderalis sativa?

i would think so.. weed free just should mean there are no weeds in it. some soils you get have weeds and other stuff (grass) growing in them which can get to be a pain..
