Soil Sterilization Techniques anyone?

i need to do some emergency transplanting and the soil that i am using has potentially got some bugs in it. any suggestions or techniques you could use to sterilize your soil or treat it in some way that it would be cleaner for your girls new home??

put the soil in the microwave for a min or 2. it will kill any bugs or parasites. cheapest easiest way to do it bro. just make sure its not warm ne more befor u transplant into it
