Soil...What is a great potting mix?

[SUP]What is a great potting mixture that home depot has all the ingredients for? only want to mix about 5 gal at a time...

the home depot has organic grow soil,....peat-moss,....and perlite....
Get a bag of each and conbine them......

I am using the mixture I had suggested to you...This isnt an updated pic...This was takin a couple weeks ago...This was takin at about a month in veg in 5 gallon bucket....photo (15).jpg

Home depot sells growers gold indoor potting mix it's peat moss coco perlite and dolomite lime great stuff for $10 a bag

sounds like a good mix. great for starting off but IMO lacks a few needed elements. if you go to amazon and buy a bag of AZOMITE you won't regret it. it has about 70 different types of trace elements in it. totally organic and subcool uses it in his mixes. which is where i got the idea. Peat has no nutritional value. So you need some form of nitrogen. like composted manure. it's great stuff. I like humic acid also. and some horticultural grade charcoal. The richer the mix the less fertilizer you'll need. it's an organic approach. try it if you like. it produces very tasty dank.
