only sucks because of the seemingly CONSTANT wind.

see on the right side of that picture, you can see the mountain dips down rapidly. it's like a 7000 foot dip.

because of the snow and all that shit, it creates its own low pressure system, which makes the winds fucking crazy for some reason. they swoop around it and come through the right side and hit where I live. I live probably 17 miles away from that mountain.
 
oh yeah, i forgot to ask, who's taking solar rips indoors??? i have a spot in my house where the sun shines perfectly in, i pull up my chair and rip, hahah...also in the car is nice.
 
I just saw a kid killin' ants with a magnifying glass and the sun... I wanted to go over and ask him if I could borrow that thing...
 
hahaha, tell him I'll teach you how to do something more constructive with that 'thing' . . . :D
 
I tried doing this while I was out on Saturday... but I couldn't get it to work. Weak sunlight + late in the day = fail of a solar rip. I'm determined, though. It's gonna happen.

yeah, same has happened to me late in the day, and on really cloudy days...love it so much, i member the 1st time i ever did it, i couldn't believe the headrush and how baked i got..it was like the 1st time i ever hit a vaporizer...fucking great..

yeah, I seriously love it because I can have the wind BLOWING in my face and be toking my bubbler :D.

Well I found a magnifying glass and did this again today. It took me awhile to get it going and learn to focus it properly. It tastes a little better but not much to me. And I had to sit on the ground so my neighbours cant see me hitting the bong. So half way through my session I got distracted by the nearest ant hill.......

yeah, you definitely want to be somewhere where you don't have to worry about people watching you. definitely great for camping or hiking.

I live out in an area where I could practically walk around with my bong without anyone saying anything. though I wouldn't want to wave it around ;).
 
haha yeah but I'm hella careful with my shit, I'll fall in front of it before it hits the ground ;).

regardless, I've taken bubblers up mountains and had them break when my friend was grabbing it out of my backpack.

usually I don't break pieces :D.

speaking of . . .I'm definitely bringing my magnifying glass up that mountain next time :D. kind of hard to light a bowl in raging wind.
