Soma's NYC Diesel...Anyone Grown It?

Hey Guys,

Thinking of running Soma's NYC Diesel...anyone grown it on here? If so, what were your thoughts -- great smoke? Thanks for any input.
 
i was curious about how new stock compares. also nycd x g13 haxe...any input would be greatly appreciated! even rep worthy...
 
They have some nice strains by the sounds of it. The NYC Diesel, Diesel x G13 Haze, Lavender Haze and their Amnesia all look great. Any growers ran any of these?
 
Soma is the Oldest of Old Head breeders, a really headie cat.
Lookup some Bio on him, how he got into the game is a laugh.
ANY soma strain is going to be BOMB, but the grow difficulty for most his strains is moderate, not for the newb grower.
 
Ive only tried his diesel, almost forgot how good it was, thats how good it was:)

i ran soma nycd and it was proper nice, only thing that got to me is it took ages to flower other than that a+
 
man I love Soma's approach to life, but have never taken interest in his wares. I always though they were a little high. And also questioned how such a cool guy could overprice his seeds? Or are they that much better than the competition? Either way, I like the guy's approach to life.
 
His seeds are pretty steep...140 Euros for 10 feminized. Get everything spot on in terms of growing and I think it would be worth what he's asking IMO. Guidelines say its a 10-12 week flowering.
 
i would prob charge a lil more for the fems since not going the spray down everyone does, he lets the plant over ripen to get fem pollen which is more work and worth asking more money.

Yes, much more work......and probably the best way since it's a natural approach, and you can smoke the plant after u collect the bananas.

I run his sour d, and it's pretty awesome. The taste NEVER fades. I have buds that are untrimmed and been just hanging for like 6 months, light hitting them.....super old......and might even taste better now than months back.
Most strains today, i fing, taste good at first when dry, but curing them, they seem to lose almost all their flavor. Short shelf life. But nycsd by soma never does.
My friends still trip when i trim up one of those old nuggs and pack them a binger, and watch their face as they blow out the best trix diesel tasting hits of their life!!!!
And the potency is strong up energetic positive feeling!

Yes, it is a true pleasure to smoke. Wish i could pm you an actual sample!
It is such a unique strong flavor that i don't smoke it that much, cause it is more of a treat than an alldayer!

Always wanted to try his somango, somaui and free tibet! But one day hopefully i will

Bud pics?? :-) Someone mentioned the NYC Diesel to me, said it was pretty great. After getting more opinion on here, I'll be running this as soon as I can get my hands on the seeds. Thanks guys, looking forward to running this. :-)
 
Thats what got me was the crazy up high, never felt so happy when getting high. Taste potency allround a+.

Gonna run some slog super lemon og then after I store enough away ill give soma diesel a run.
 
Placing order for these NYC Diesel seeds from Soma...will provide pics throughout the grow to harvest. Got a feeling it's gonna be a fave strain of mine for a long time. :-)
