And it’s called whorled phyllotaxy, which that picture most certainly is not. Mutations are not some odd growth caused by pests or pH imbalances, they are genetics ffs

Thanks everyone for the responses, I inspected nearly every leaf lol and only found one other spot where it looks like it may be eggs and removed. I picked up a spray and will monitor closely for now on, may even spray today it just rained a lot yesterday.

I’m growing outside on a rooftop terrace, didn’t expect bugs that quick but clearly was. Other leaves I think are just the result of mutation. One positive of COVID is I’m home every day to monitor ;)
