Some confiusion about growing and few questions

So guys i am thinking about starting growing cannabis,i am little short on money so i am plaining on starting basic then expanding my ultimate goal is 2400w,2-3kgs every 2 month.

I am thinking of buying 400 hps light kit,ak48 seed,some basic nutrients,and some soil mix.Air circuation i planing on doing with computer fans and some 12 inch home fan to Well i planed most of it but i am confused abit about steps of growing..

So i think it should look like this
(SOG environment)

Room A:Vegetative 400W hps 18/6 cyle
Room B: later to be constructed

Step 1:germanation(few days) (dark place,towel...)

Step 2:Seedling phase ( duraration : 2 weeks or should it take more,less?? ) - room A

Step 3:Vegetative phase(duration:6 weeks should i veg more? ) -- room A

Construct room B: for flowering take 400w hps from room A.
Room A: put t5 flouroscent lights,how much watts or better lumens should i need for 4-5 plants,later 10 clones and mother plant?

Step 4:Take few clones and flower them see the sex of plants,kill male plants in Room A <-- Room B is used for flowering 12/12 light cyle

Step 5:Let plants recover then take few clones which will be my for my next grow(how much time should i give them) -- Room A

Step 6ut those clones under t5 florescent and take care of them- Room A

Step 7: Female plants from room A put to flowering 12/12hours(Duraration 6-8weeks) -- Room B

Step 8: Make one mother plant from clones for later cloning, room A

Step 9: Harvest flowered plants --room B

Step 10: Put clones to flower from room to room b-- room B

Step 11:Take clones from mother---> let them grow and veg-- room A

Step 12:Harvest - Room B

Step 13:Flower clones taken from mother. -- room B

This is how think i should i grow,using 2 seperate rooms one for clones and mother (veg room) and one room in which flowering happens,is there anything wrong with my plain? Could i do it better faster or any sugestions any errors ? I am new to growing only expirience i have is from videos and books and i am getting bit confused..

Will clone be able to grow enough in 6 weeks to placed to flower?

Will one mother plat be able to give like 45 clones(seems like a large number).This is when i expand(2400 w hps and so on..)

the amount of light you need is based on how many sqft of grow area you have no on how many plants you plan to grow. 3000 to 5000 lumens per sqft is fair.
for a mother plant to produce 45 clones i'll will take longer than 6 weeks of veg time i think.
the length of time you veg them will most likely be determined your grow areas maximum heigth. if i left any thing out just lt me know. good luck sounds like your on the right track
